Seriously, that’s the only way to get your email seen properly, as I tend to ignore business and speaking related things that come just to me, and those two people are very good at nudging.

I am epically bad at returning e-mails. Honestly: J.K. Rowling has a better track record for keeping up with correspondence than I do (which means I have no excuse – other than not having the money to trap and keep Lizzie in New York to help me). I do read everything, and I try, I really try, to get back when it’s important. Thanks in advance for understanding.

I will leave you with this, though… I really love hearing from my readers. There have been so many times when I’ve been having a crappy day, when I’ve found it hard to count my gifts and treasure my blessings – and then I’ve opened an e-mail from one of you.
